In this engaging and inspiring keynote, school board members will explore how a mindset for bold, student-centered leadership can strengthen communication, build trust, and drive continuous improvement across their districts. Through heartfelt stories, humor, and practical strategies, attendees will reflect on their impact and leave empowered to foster collaborative cultures where students and educators thrive.
