IASB® has designed sponsorship opportunities that allow you to choose the events that best meet your needs and increase name recognition and traffic to your booth. All sponsorship arrangements are subject to approval by the Iowa Association of School Boards®
Beginning Thursday, May 1, 2025, you can submit your contracts for the trade show. Priority placement will be provided for repeat exhibitors, sponsors, and the submission date of the contract AND payment. At this time, sponsorships can only be paid for by check.
Sponsor logos are due Monday, Sept. 1, 2025—please see the logo specifications document for more information.
Refunds are available through Friday, Oct. 10, 2025. Cancellations after Oct. 10 will not be refunded.

Student Talent Sponsorship—$750
Sponsor a student music group and help pave their way to perform at the Opening General Session! Your sponsorship helps offset their travel costs. Great way to extend your visibility with your company name and logo on screen during the group’s performance, and recognition in the mobile app (SCHED).

IASB President's Reception—$2,000
Support leadership in Iowa’s public schools by sponsoring the IASB President’s Reception, held Thursday evening during BoardCon. This exclusive event brings together school leaders from across the state. Company name and logo on signage, recognition in the pocket guide, the mobile app (SCHED), a table inside the event room for networking and materials, and an opportunity to deliver a brief, scripted welcome during the event.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to furnish the Unconference Cafes on the third floor. The conference rooms will be transformed, with your help, into a flexible and comfortably furnished meeting space for attendees to relax and unwind in between sessions. Don't miss this chance to showcase your school and/or office furniture in a creative layout right in the middle of the bustling third floor. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on signage outside the Unconference Cafe and recognition in the convention mobile app (SCHED). Support and connect with Iowa’s student board members by sponsoring the Student Board Member Breakfast at BoardCon. Coffee Break Sponsor—$3,500 ea.
Sponsor all coffee breaks for Wednesday and Thursday BoardCon attendees! Company name, logo and booth number featured on signage at door, on refreshment tables, and recognition in the mobile app (SCHED). Now includes custom printed, reusable coffee cup sleeves—IASB designs and produces the sleeves in coordination with the sponsor.
Fresh Popcorn Cart—$2,000
Don’t miss this chance to draw additional attendees to your booth with the smell of freshly popped buttery popcorn! The Iowa Events Center will provide popcorn, oil, bags and training. Company responsible for preparing the popcorn; cart will be placed beside the exhibit booth. Custom printed (single color) popcorn bags, and recognition in the mobile app (SCHED). Popcorn available all day on Thursday. IASB designs and produces the popcorn bags in coordination with the sponsor.
Amenities
Pocket Guide & SCHED (Digital Program App)—$2,000
Get the maximum number of eyes possible on your company logo by having it right in attendees’ pockets and on their mobile phone! Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed in the pocket guide and the mobile app (SCHED).
Photo Booth—$1,750
This is an exciting opportunity to get visibility in multiple ways over two days. Picture this: your company logo prominently displayed on a photo stand for attendees to take digital photos against an IASB-branded backdrop. These photos, branded with your company's logo on the digital frame, can be texted or emailed to the attendees, and will be uploaded automatically into an online album. Also includes recognition in the mobile app (SCHED).
Escalator Graphics—$750
SIX (6) SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE! Imagine your company logo, trade show booth number, custom printed and positioned at one of the most heavily trafficked areas at convention—the escalator! This is a high visual impact opportunity at a reasonable price, and includes a graphic at the top and bottom of a single escalator (two total). Graphics are 2’x2’ and feature anti-slip material. IASB designs and produces the escalator graphics in coordination with the sponsor, and handles installation/removal (after convention concludes). Also includes recognition in the mobile app (SCHED).
Attendee Swag
Lanyards—$2,000
Each attendee receives a lanyard (with your company’s logo) for the duration of BoardCon. Also includes recognition in the mobile app (SCHED). Sponsor provides lanyards.
