Strategic Planning Assistance

IASB is committed to supporting Iowa school boards through governance, policy, training, advocacy, and survey services. However, IASB does not provide strategic planning facilitation services for member districts.

School districts seeking assistance with strategic planning are encouraged to contact their local Area Education Agency (AEA). Iowa's AEAs offer a variety of leadership, school improvement, facilitation, and strategic planning services designed to help districts establish goals, engage stakeholders, and create long-term organizational plans.
