About IASPA

The Iowa Association of School Personnel Administrators (IASPA) supports Iowa school leaders responsible for human resources, personnel administration, and labor relations. As a committee of the Iowa Association of School Boards (IASB), IASPA provides professional learning, networking, and practical resources to strengthen effective human resources and personnel practices in Iowa public schools and area education agencies (AEAs).

IASPA works in collaboration with IASB and national partners to promote legally sound, equitable, and strategic human resource leadership that supports student success. IASPA is a state affiliate of the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA).
