Iowa Superintendents Finance & Leadership Consortium (ISFLC)

What is ISFLC?

The Iowa Superintendents Finance & Leadership Consortium (ISFLC) is a professional development program for Iowa superintendents, school business officials and aspiring superintendents to expand their knowledge base and develop fiscal management and leadership skills.

ISFLC tracks are led by Iowa leaders with the skills and expertise in identified curricular areas. The track curriculum meets the quality standards set by the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) for license renewal and graduate credit.

You're Invited to Attend Upcoming ISFLC Conferences

ISFLC conferences are excellent opportunities for school leaders aspiring to the superintendency to further develop their knowledge base and skills. The Consortium offers two conferences each year, in December and February, spanning two days. The Consortium also offers a one-day conference in September for educational leaders new to the superintendency and new to the state.
