Teacher Compensation and Benefits Toolkit Survey
The IASB Teacher Compensation and Benefits survey is now open. The information collected from this survey will be used to build our FY 2021 Teacher Compensation and Benefits Toolkit. The toolkit can help districts understand how they compare to districts across the state, identify areas of concern and balance the need to recruit and retain educators with the need to maintain efficient, cost-effective organizational operations.
In addition to completing the survey questions we are requesting that you upload the following information directly in the survey. Your district's:
• Master contract;
• Employee handbook, and;
• Any additional documents that provide salary and benefits information not contained in the documents listed above.
We ask that you complete the survey and return the requested documents by Friday, August 7, 2020. With your timely responses the toolkit will be ready for the ER Conference on Oct.1.
