ISFLC allows the participant to spend a day and a half looking in depth on one aspect of district finance – budget development, internal control, financial statements, current fiscal topics are just a few of the topics to choose from. Tracks eligible for SBOA credits are Feb. Conference - 1, 3, 9, 31 and 32.

Cost:  $325 per person; $300 for 2-or-more-person teams from the same school district. Registration closes at midnight on Feb 17, 2018.

This session will provide a fundamental understanding of the Iowa School Finance System and the necessary basic vocabulary to communicate both with staff and the public.

This new track is focused on helping leaders take a proactive and responsive approach in the areas of school safety and providing mental health supports. In light of the new legislative requirement, Track 42 will be offered in December and repeated in February.
