ISFLC allows the participant to spend a day and a half looking in depth on one aspect of district finance – budget development; internal control, financial statements, current fiscal topics are just a few of the topics to choose from. A list of materials for each track will be emailed to registered participants.
Tracks eligible for SBOA Credits are: Dec. Conf - 1, 2, 5, 7, 31, 33  Feb Conf - 1, 3, 9, 13, 31, 32, 40, 41.
Cost:  $325 per person, for groups of 2-or-more-person team from the same school district, if registered together, the cost is $300 per person and will be reflected on your invoice.  Registration closes Dec. 11, 2017.

In this session you will discover the key role the financial solvency ratio, unspent balance, cash balance, enrollment, assets, liabilities, restricted, committed, assigned and unassigned fund balance, total revenues, assessed valuation, state foundation aid, and supplemental levies have in determining your school district's financial position.
