This manual is now offered free to IASB member districts and is designed to help board members, school officials and employees understand the Iowa open meeting law.
Changes in Iowa law require school districts, which elect directors who represent director districts, to "be divided into director districts on the basis of population as determined by the most recent federal decennial census."
